Each valuer arrives at a different value for the same company, making valuation an art. This happens because everyone's story about how a business will perform is different, and hence their value also differs.

First, I would create a valuation based on my view of the business and its future; then, if required, I would understand your view and make the necessary adjustments, keeping the model explainable throughout.

Things about me and the work:

• I have prepared Discounted Cash Flow, Relative Valuation, and Startup Valuation (VC Method and Paper LBO) of Listed and Unlisted Companies.

• A valuation report would include an interlinked three-statement model with forecasts by me, sensitivity analysis, and package-wise requirements.

• As a deliverable, you'd receive an Excel Workbook covering all Packages, plus a presentation for the Premium Package.

• I would explain the reasons for the assumptions made.
