My venue already rejected a lighting layout plan someone else drew, can you fix it instead of starting over?
Yes. Send me the rejected lighting layout plan along with the venue's feedback and I will correct the placement, addressing, or paperwork issue rather than redrawing from scratch where possible.
I don't have exact venue measurements, only photos. Can you still build my lighting layout plan?
Yes, send photos with any rough measurements you have (door widths, ceiling height, room length) and I will build the lighting layout plan around those, then adjust once exact numbers come in.
What software do you use to design the lighting layout plan?
I work in Vectorworks Spotlight, Lightwright, WYSIWYG, and Capture, whichever your venue, rental house, or crew requires for the lighting layout plan to be accepted.
Do you include DMX addressing or just fixture placement in the lighting layout plan?
DMX universe and channel addressing is included in the Standard package, and available in Starter on request, this is usually the part that gets lighting layout plans bounced, so I build it in properly.
What happens if my venue changes after the lighting layout plan is delivered?
Revisions are included per package. Send the updated floor plan and I'll adjust fixture placement, focus points, and addressing in your lighting layout plan to match.
My venue is large, multi-room, or part of a festival/tour, why is that package "Contact Me"?
These setups vary too much for a flat price to be fair to either of us. Message me your venue type and scope and I will quote it accurately before you order anything.
