I have around 7 years of experience in recruitment and personnel consulting, with a strong focus on direct search, active sourcing and specialist recruitment. I support searches in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and internationally, working in both German and English.

2. Standard Sourcing & Screening: Candidate sourcing plus professional screening, evaluation and a structured shortlist.
3. Premium Full Recruitment Support: End-to-end recruiting support for one position, including briefing, search strategy, active candidate outreach, screening, initial interviews, candidate presentation and process coordination.

My focus is on quality, targeted searches and candidates who genuinely fit the role not simply providing large lists of profiles.
