WHAT I CLEAN
- Remove duplicate rows using email or another agreed column.
- Trim spaces; standardize headers, names, company, and phone formatting.
- Flag blank or malformed fields for your review.
- Return one cleaned CSV and a concise change summary.
PACKAGES
Basic: 100 rows, 2 days. Standard: up to 2,500 rows, 3 days. Premium: up to 10,000 rows, 4 days. Each package includes one revision for the original rules and up to 20 columns.
Please provide the CSV, duplicate key, rows to preserve, desired headers and formatting, and output requirements. Remove sensitive fields I do not need. For complex rules, send an anonymized sample through Fiverr before ordering.
Email checks flag format issues only; they do not verify inbox existence or deliverability. This gig cleans data you provide; it does not source or enrich leads, send outreach, upload to a CRM, or edit workbook formulas. Share only data you are authorized to provide.

Do you verify email deliverability?
No. I flag malformed email formats and missing values. This does not prove an inbox exists or can receive mail, and it does not guarantee outreach results.
Which files are included?
These packages cover one CSV with up to 20 columns: Basic up to 100 rows, Standard up to 2,500 rows, and Premium up to 10,000 rows. Export Excel or Sheets as CSV first. Workbook formulas need a separate scope.
How are duplicates removed?
You choose the duplicate key, such as email or a combination of columns, and which row to keep. I preserve the original file and report the applied rules. Uncertain or missing values are flagged rather than guessed.
What do I receive and what can I revise?
You receive a cleaned CSV and a short change summary. One revision covers adjustments to the original cleanup rules. New files, extra rows, enrichment or new automation are separate work.
