No. Package prices cover setup only. You pay Retell AI, model usage, phone numbers, call minutes and any calendar or automation subscriptions separately through your own provider accounts.
Can the agent book appointments?
Yes, Standard and Premium include one supported calendar integration. Booking depends on the calendar API, available slots and your rules. Basic captures lead details without calendar booking. Confirm compatibility through Fiverr before ordering.
What do you need to get started?
Provide your business details, up to 10 approved FAQs, opening hours, qualification questions, booking rules and authorized platform access. Share access through secure invitations where possible; do not send passwords or payment-card details.
Can I use my existing phone number?
Often, through supported forwarding or a provider connection. Number availability and country support vary. Please confirm your country, phone provider and intended setup before ordering. Phone and forwarding fees are not included.
