Can you provide background music?
I certainly can. There is an extra charge but you get professional sounding, fully licensed music.
Can you add the audio to my voice messaging system.
Yes. I can. It requires that your system allows access from a remote location (either by phone or computer.) It also requires the purchase of a gig extra. You will need to send me instructions on how to access your system.
What do revisions cover?
Revisions are designed to ensure that you are happy with your order. For instance, if you wanted me to be more serious or lighthearted. Or, if you ordered music, if you want something different. Revisions do not cover changes in the script.
What if I have multiple messages?
For a basic order, I will record up to 200 words. However, they will be in one file. If you need them in multiple files, you can either place seperate order or choose the "split files" add on.
What format do you deliver in?
Unless specified. I will deliver in a 44.1k mono mp3 files. However, just let me know on your order form and I can deliver to match just about any phone system or device.
