Is OpenClaw an official Anthropic product?
No OpenClaw is an independent, open source automation framework that runs on top of Claude. It isn't built or endorsed by Anthropic. I set it up securely, with proper authentication and access controls in place, not a wide open default install.
I'm currently using ChatGPT or another AI tool can you migrate me to Claude?
Yes. I'll rebuild your existing prompts, custom instructions, and workflows on Claude so nothing is lost in the switch, including reworking anything built around a different model's quirks.
My Claude Code or MCP setup is already broken can you just fix it?
Yes. A lot of my work is fixing existing setups: failed authentication, MCP servers that won't connect, Cowork not syncing, and similar issues. Send me a quick description of what's happening and I'll scope the fix.
Do I need my own Claude Pro or API subscription before we start?
Yes you'll need an active Claude.ai or API account, since I'm configuring your account and connecting your tools rather than reselling access. If you're unsure which plan fits, I can advise on that too.
What are "Claude Skills," and do I need custom ones built?
Skills are reusable instruction sets that let Claude handle specialized tasks the same way every time (e.g. formatting reports, following your brand voice). If your workflow is repetitive, I can build custom ones for you.
Is my data secure, especially with an always-on tool like OpenClaw?
Security is part of the setup, not an afterthought. For always-on tools like OpenClaw, that means proper authentication and restricted network access, not a default config left open to anyone nearby. I'll show you what's locked down.
What happens after delivery do I get ongoing support?
Every package includes support for setup related issues after delivery. Need ongoing management or new integrations added later? We can arrange that separately.
