FAQ
What is included in the ad management?
Ad management includes monitoring your ads, their metrics, turning off under-performing audiences and ads, scaling budgets, and tweaking ad messaging where necessary. If you require more ads setting up outside of your chosen package, feel free to request an extra.
What do I need to get started?
A Facebook page for your business, a Facebook ad account with an active payment method, and Facebook Business Manager. I can help you set all of this up, and then you can grant me access to get the ads started.
Do you recommend an ad budget?
An optimal daily ad budget is $20 per ad per day. That's per image, or per video, or per carousel, etc. use in our campaigns. Once we see success, we scale up from there. Any lower than that, and it will take a long time to gather data, for the algorithm to learn, and get you results.
Can you also create and design the ads for me?
I certainly can, although I am no full-time graphic designer. This is offered as an extra, so please feel free to order the amount you need designing. I create basic image ads and video editing (captions, resizing for 1:1 on newsfeed, 9:16 for stories).
Can you guarantee sales & leads from the ad campaigns?
I wish I could, but there are many factors that influence how willing users are to provide their details or buy from you. The ad campaigns will serve to place your ad in front of the right audience, the rest depends on the product or service, price, offer, ad creative (photos & videos), etc.
Does the price include the Facebook ad campaign's cost?
Unfortunately not, the price is for my service in running the ad campaigns on your behalf. You will need to pay for the ads' cost through an active payment method on Facebook Ads Manager. I can help you set this up if you need it!
Can we discuss prior to getting the gig started?

Can I ask for revisions & amends?
Of course you can! You can ask for a revision anytime before we publish the campaigns and go live. Everything will go through your approval before the ads are up and running.
When will I see results from my campaign(s)?
It can take weeks and months of ad spend, ad creative and audience testing for the campaigns to optimise and stabilise to bring in results. In all cases, once we get everything together and tick all the boxes that I will advise you on, you will eventually see the results and power of Facebook ads.
Do you speak English well?
English is my first and native language, you are in good hands when it comes to providing you with the ad copy (text for your ads).
