I design practical custom enclosures for electronics projects, prototypes and small-run devices. My work combines CAD, electronics knowledge and FDM 3D printing, with attention to how the hardware actually fits, mounts and assembles.
I can design around custom PCBs, Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, displays, sensors, switches and panel connectors.
Typical enclosure features include:
- PCB standoffs and mounting bosses
- Display, button and connector cutouts
- Cable access openings
- Screw closures, heat-set inserts and magnets

My current in-house physical printing service is limited to approximately 90 × 90 × 90 mm.
Standard package scope is intended for simple rectangular or near-rectangular enclosures and typically includes one display opening plus up to two cable/connector openings. More complex geometry, additional cutouts, large vent patterns or unusual mechanisms may require a custom offer.

What information do you need to design my enclosure?
Please provide the exact models of the PCB, display, connectors, switches and other components, together with STEP files or dimensioned drawings where available. For custom PCBs, I need the board dimensions, thickness, mounting-hole locations and connector positions.
Do you guarantee that my components will fit?
I design to the geometry and dimensions provided. Manufacturer CAD or dimensioned drawings are preferred. Dimensions measured or supplied by the buyer remain the buyer’s responsibility unless physical fit verification has been specifically arranged.
What is included in a standard enclosure design?
Standard scope covers a simple rectangular or near-rectangular enclosure with rounded corners, fillets or chamfers, normal PCB mounting features, one display opening and up to two simple cable or connector openings. More complex designs may require a custom offer.
What counts as a simple cutout?
A normal rectangular, circular or similar opening for a display, button, cable or connector. Complex profiles, large ventilation patterns, multiple repeated openings or unusual mounting geometry may require additional work.
Can you make enclosures larger than 90 × 90 × 90 mm?
CAD-only designs may be larger where practical. My current in-house physical printing service is limited to approximately 90 × 90 × 90 mm.
What files will I receive?
STL and STEP files are included where specified in the package. The native editable FreeCAD .FCStd project can be supplied as an additional source-file option.
Can you install threaded inserts, magnets or other hardware?
Yes. Heat-set inserts, magnets, screws and other simple enclosure hardware can be installed where included in the selected package or custom offer.
What types of projects do you not accept?
This service is intended for ordinary low-voltage electronics and prototypes. I do not provide certified waterproof/IP-rated enclosures, mains-voltage safety certification, medical or other safety-critical designs, or battery/fire-containment certification.
