- Drafts a reply in your tone and saves it in Gmail Drafts
- Alerts you right away when something is urgent
- Logs everything in a Google Sheet
Nothing is sent automatically. You review and approve every reply.

My background is process improvement, so I first map how your work flows, then automate the steps that waste time. Everything is built in your own accounts, keeps a human approval step where it matters, and comes with clear notes so you can run it yourself.

Do I need a Make account?
Yes. Make’s free plan is usually enough to start. I’ll tell you if your email volume needs a paid plan.
What does it cost to run each month?
Your Make plan plus Claude API usage. For a small business that is usually a few dollars a month. Both are paid by you, in your own accounts
Will you have access to my emails?
Only during the build, through access you grant. I never ask for passwords, and you can remove my access as soon as I deliver.
Will it send emails without my approval?
No. Replies are saved as Gmail drafts, and you review and send each one yourself.
Does it work with Outlook?
This gig is built for Gmail and Google Workspace. For Outlook, message me before ordering so I can check your setup.
