Do you review contracts in Spanish?
Yes, on a case-by-case basis. Spanish-language agreements require a custom offer. Please contact me before ordering so I can review the scope and provide pricing and delivery.
Can you review multiple agreements in one order?
Each package includes review of one agreement within the selected page limit. If your transaction includes multiple related agreements (e.g., MSA + NDA or MSA + SOW), please contact me for a custom offer.
Do you provide redlines?
Yes. Attorney-prepared redlines and negotiation recommendations are included with the Premium package. The Basic and Standard packages includes a legal and commercial risk assessment with practical recommendations and/or comments.
Do you negotiate directly with the other party?
No. I do not communicate with counterparties through Fiverr. I prepare redlines, negotiation language, and strategic recommendations for you to use during negotiations.
Are my documents confidential?
Yes. All documents and communications are treated as confidential and used solely to provide the requested services.
When should I contact you before ordering?
Please contact me before ordering if your agreement exceeds the page limit, involves multiple agreements, contains extensive redlines, or is a complex transaction. I'll recommend the appropriate package or prepare a custom offer.
