What does the monthly plan include?
One flat $75/month covers backups, updates, security and uptime monitoring, plus 2 hours of support time you can use for edits, fixes, or anything else you need. Unused time doesn't roll over.
How quickly do you respond if my site goes down?
For urgent issues like a site outage I prioritize a same day response on business days. Routine requests are usually handled within one to two business days. Message me and I'll confirm expected timing.
