Can I hear a sample of what your work will sound like?
Yes, of course, I send free samples to every customer! Once you confirm the sample, we can proceed with the work.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes, 1 revision for the Basic 5 minute package, and up to 2 rounds of revisions for the Standard and Premium packages.
Can you get rid of all noises?
While I can get rid of the majority of the noise you will hear, much depends upon what I'm sent. There is a balance between the cleanliness of the fixed audio and minimizing the artifacts that can happen as a result of the work. Regardless, what you get back will sound much better, I assure you!
Can you clean audio for videos with bad sound?
Yes, I can easily extract the audio and fix it. If you'd like me to re-render the audio back to the original video, I can do that for an additional gig extra fee.
How do you deliver your work?
For audio files, the best method is for me to provide you full quality WAV files, but MP3 can be provided upon request. For video files, I will do my best to provide you with the exact same video format that you supplied me, or the best possible alternative if not possible.
