I will design gameful learning and digital wellbeing programs

About this gig
Design digital products that actually improve wellbeing not just engagement.
I'm a Clinical Psychologist and Cyberpsychology specialist (certified by Dún Laoghaire Institute, Ireland) with a Master's in Cognitive Systems and Interactive Media. I've spent 8+ years building digital psychology interventions, and I currently research digital wellbeing at Universitat Pompeu Fabra's TIDE lab.
What I offer:
- Design of digital wellbeing programs and interventions
- Gameful/eHealth learning experience design
- Cyberpsychology-informed product strategy (screen time, attention, healthy engagement patterns)
- Measurement frameworks for mental-health and wellbeing impact
This is for founders and teams building wellness apps, mental health tech, edtech, or any product where user wellbeing (not just usage metrics) needs to be part of the design and who want that backed by real psychological science, not wellness buzzwords.

FAQ
Is this only for mental health apps?
No. It's for any digital product where user wellbeing matters to the experience: edtech, productivity tools, social apps, health tech, or wellness platforms.
What's the difference between this and generic "wellness" consulting?
I have a clinical psychology background, a cyberpsychology certification, and active research on digital wellbeing at a university lab. Recommendations are grounded in psychological science, not trend-based wellness language.
Can you help me measure wellbeing impact, not just engagement?
Yes, this is actually a core part of what I offer: building measurement frameworks that track wellbeing outcomes alongside standard product metrics.
Do you design the intervention, or just advise on strategy?
Both are available. I can deliver strategic recommendations, or go further into designing the actual intervention/program structure (content, mechanics, gameful elements).
I'm not a mental health expert. Will you explain things in plain language?
Yes. Deliverables are written for product and business stakeholders, not clinicians.
