I will ux research and behavior design for your digital product

About this gig
Turn user behavior into product growth.
I'm a Behavior Designer and UX Researcher with a Psychology background and a Master's in Cognitive Systems (Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona). I help digital products understand why users act (or don't act) and turn that into design decisions that drive real numbers.
Recent results: grew monthly organic traffic from 200 to 5,000, cut bounce rate to 25%, and increased average session time by 50% through user research and journey redesign.
What I offer:
- User research (interviews, surveys, behavioral analysis)
- User journey mapping
- Engagement & retention strategy grounded in behavior design principles
- Data-informed recommendations for product decisions
I work with product teams, edtechs, healthtechs, and wellness apps that want to understand user behavior at a deeper level than standard UX practice and act on it.
Let's talk about what you're trying to move: activation, retention, engagement, or conversion.

FAQ
Do you work with early-stage products or only established ones?
Both. For early-stage products I focus on foundational research (understanding your target user's behavior before you build). For established products I focus on diagnosing where users drop off and why.
What do you need from me to start?
Access to your product (or a demo), your current metrics if available (traffic, retention, conversion), and a clear goal: what behavior are you trying to change?
Do you provide a written report or just recommendations?
You'll receive a structured report with findings, a user journey map (when applicable), and prioritized, actionable recommendations, not just raw data.
Can you run interviews with my actual users?
Yes, I can design and conduct user interviews, or work with data/analytics you already have if you prefer a faster turnaround.
How is this different from a generic UX research freelancer?
My background is in Psychology and Cognitive Systems, so I look at behavioral drivers (motivation, friction, habit formation) — not just usability heuristics.
