Do I need to already have my content/docs ready?
Not necessarily if you have any FAQs, product info, or support history, that's enough to start. If you don't have anything written yet, message me first and we can figure out what to use.
Will the chatbot ever give wrong answers?
It's trained specifically on your content, so it's far more accurate than a generic AI, but no chatbot is 100% perfect. That's why every build includes clear rules for when it should hand off to a human instead of guessing.
Can it work on WhatsApp or Slack, not just my website?
Yes message me your platform and I'll confirm the setup before you order.
What if I need to update the chatbot's knowledge later?
You'll get documentation showing how to update its content yourself. Ongoing update support is also available separately if you'd rather I handle it.
How is this different from just using ChatGPT directly?
ChatGPT alone doesn't know your business it can't answer questions about your specific products, policies, or docs unless it's actually trained/connected to that content. That's exactly what I build.
