FAQ
Are revisions available?
If I make a mistake which materially alters the meaning of the text, I will give a free revision. However, if it is a script error or it does not change the meaning of the text (e.g. "It was around one o'clock" rather than "It was about one o'clock"), a free revision will not be given.
Do I need usage rights?
All my videos include usage rights in the price.
What do I do if there are unusual words in the text?
It is very important that you give me a guide to any unusual pronunciations in your text (an audio file is preferable). If I need to record revisions because I was not given adequate guidance, there will be an additional charge.
An "audio" test before recording
I offer a unique service to help my customers get the delivery they want. For an extra $15 (for each 100 words) I can send an audio only recording of the text before I make the video. You can then make any comments or corrections before I sit in front of the camera.
