I design 3D printable FPV drone frames and quadcopter CAD models that are checked before you print, so they print right the first time.
As a product designer specializing in drone design and UAV design, I build your drone CAD model in Fusion 360 around your exact motors, flight controller, battery and camera.
I check wall thickness, print orientation, support needs and component clearance, and fix weak points before delivery. You get clean STL and STEP files, plus native Fusion 360 files in higher packages, ready for 3D printing, CNC or prototyping.
I design FPV freestyle and racing frames, cinewhoops, long-range quadcopters and custom UAV frames for hobbyists, startups and students.

Can you improve a drone design I already have?
Yes. Message me before ordering and send your file or sketch. I’ll review it and confirm the scope. If it needs more than the package covers, I’ll send a custom offer.
Will the frame be strong and fly well?
I design for print strength by checking wall thickness, print orientation and weak points. Flight performance still depends on your build, tuning and material, so flight testing and aerodynamic (CFD) analysis are not included.
What files will I receive?
You get STL files for 3D printing and STEP files that open in any CAD software. Standard and Premium also include the native Fusion 360 file. A SolidWorks or Inventor export is available as a gig extra
