FAQ
Do you offer editing as part of this service?
No. This editing stage takes place much earlier in the project (usually around first/second draft). The goal here is to look at the big picture and restructure things to help it flow, decide what needs to be cut or expanded, and which plot points are/aren't working.
What genres do you accept?
I accept most genres from non-fiction to erotica. Should there be any issues, I will let you know in advance and refund you the full amount.
How does this differ from beta reading?
Developmental editing takes place long before betas see your MS. Even before alpha readers. This focuses on restructuring what is working/isn't working for your novel and what needs to be done. Most authors tend to do a developmental edit not long after their first draft.
