I extract your data manually or with custom scripts, then verify it
against the original page by page. You get a working table, not
something you have to repair for two hours.

That's the Standard package. Image quality matters more than file size — send one page first and I'll tell you honestly whether OCR will work on it.
Can you extract 50 separate invoices into one table?
Yes, that's the Premium package. Everything lands in one consolidated sheet with a source column, so you can always trace a row back to its document.
What if the numbers don't add up?
I reconcile totals against the original. If the discrepancy exists in the source document itself, I flag it rather than adjust anything — clients often tell me that's the most useful part of the delivery.
Do you use automatic conversion tools?
No. Those are what produce the broken files people come to me to fix. I extract manually or write a script for the specific document structure.
My PDF is password protected.
Send me the password and I'll work with it. I can't and won't bypass protection on files you don't have access to.
How fast can you do it?
Basic is one day. If you're on a deadline, message me before ordering — small documents I can often turn around within hours.
