I have experience sourcing candidates through platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal tools.
Key responsibilities included:
- Conducting screening calls and overseeing the interview process
- Managing documentation and salary negotiations
- Gaining hands-on experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) like Beeline and Fieldglass
- Confirming previous employment details, including job titles, dates of employment, and reasons for leaving.
- Ensuring the candidates identity is legitimate, often by checking government-issued IDs or documents.
- Reviewing resumes and cover letters to determine if the candidate meets the basic job requirements such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
- Conducting initial phone interviews to assess the candidates communication skills, motivations, and cultural fit for the company.
- Actively searching for candidates through LinkedIn or other professional platforms and reaching out to them directly (headhunting).
- Coordinating mass recruitment drives as needed
- Directly handling client interactions for new requirements and managing full recruitment process.
