took over two to three months and still didn't receive the product ordered our first order was okay but very late communication was poor, didn't try to help resolve the problem at all. had to go through resolution centre in the end to get a refund as I didn't receive any product.

I didnt receive the whiteboard explainer video that I ordered, there was no communication as of why there is any delay or why no video was sent even though the gig was marked...
