FAQ
1. Do you guarantee ticket sales?
No. Sales depend on your brand, event, price, timeline, competition, ticket page, audience and budget. I build the campaign properly and show you what the tracking says. I can’t promise sales, and I’d be wary of anyone who does.
2. What access do you need?
A Facebook Page and a Meta ad account. You give me partner access in Meta Business settings, so I never need your password. I’ll send my Business ID after you order. You can remove my access any time.
3. What ad budget do I need?
You pay Meta directly from your own ad account. There is no fixed minimum, but a very small budget gives Meta little to learn from. I’ll suggest a starting range based on your ticket price and timeline.
4. Do you make the ad graphics and video?
No. The packages use your images and video, and I write the copy. New graphics and short video ads are available as paid extras. A flyer or a few photos is enough to start.
5. Is ongoing management included?
No. Starter and Launch Kit are one-time setup. Launch and Tune-Up adds two review rounds in the first 14 days. For ongoing work, message me and I can send a custom offer on Fiverr.
