I will design and build a piezoelectric energy harvesting pcb prototype
Senior PCB Design Engineer
About this Gig
Are you working on a piezoelectric energy harvesting project and need a real, working PCB prototype, not just theory?
You're in the right place.
I design, build, and test low-power analog and power electronics PCBs for energy harvesting applications. This gig covers the full process, from circuit design to a tested physical board.
I will deliver a fully designed, assembled, and tested PCB prototype that:
- Interfaces with low-voltage, very low-current piezoelectric sources
- Works with low-frequency excitation (13 Hz) and evaluation up to 50 Hz
- Includes two selectable rectification paths
- passive rectification
- active / synchronous rectification
- Stores harvested energy in a capacitor
- Allows clear lab measurement of harvested energy
- Includes test pads for oscilloscope and multimeter access
- This is ideal for R&D teams, startups, and research projects.
Before ordering
Please message me with:
- your target voltage/current range
- preferred rectification method (if any)
- quantity needed
- any size or component constraints
- This ensures the prototype fits your exact needs.
Let's turn your piezo energy harvesting idea into a real, working PCB.

FAQ
What do you need from me to start?
I need your target voltage range, frequency range, size limits, and package choice. If you have a reference paper or concept, you can share it.
Do you provide a fully working PCB or only design files?
Depending on the package, I provide design files only or a fully assembled and tested PCB.
Will you test the board before delivery?
Yes. I test basic functionality using commercial piezoelectric elements. I confirm rectification and capacitor charging.
Do you test with my custom piezo device?
No. I test using standard piezo components only. Your team can connect your own piezo later.
What test results will I receive?
You will get photos and measured voltage data over time. This shows the circuit is working as expected.
Can you make the PCB very small?
Yes. I design compact, low-profile PCBs and respect size and thickness limits.
Will I receive schematic and PCB files?
Yes. You receive schematic, PCB layout, and BOM in all packages that include design.
