Yes - as long as we can access the server via SSH or through an Internet hosting gateway, we'll be able to issue repairs on it. The server itself (as long as you have either root access or CPanel access) isn't really the problem for most people; it's typically a software issue.

There may be the requirement to talk to your hosting provider, or another contact. In the rare cases where this is required, we will talk to you directly to discern the best course of action. This is normally only applicable if your service has service-level issues (blocked ports etc).

We cover all software issues, and this is no different. If you have problems beyond CPanel/Plesk etc, we'll work to get to the root of the problem. If we are able to resolve the issue at that point, we'll certainly do everything in our power to get it working. Some software requires extra login etc
