Q1: What do I need to provide before placing an order?
A: Please provide a clear document (Word or PDF) detailing your strategy. It should include entry and exit rules, risk management (SL/TP), and any specific filters or indicators. Screenshots or logic flowcharts are highly appreciated to avoid any misunderstanding.
Q2: Do you provide the source code (.mq4 or .mq5)?
A: Yes. My Standard and Premium packages include the source code by default. For the Basic package, please let me know if you need it, as it may depend on the complexity of the task.
Q3: Can you guarantee that the EA will be profitable?
A: I am a developer, not a financial advisor. I guarantee that the EA/Indicator will follow your logic 100% accurately. However, market performance depends entirely on your strategy's effectiveness. Trading involves risk.
Q4: What happens if I find a bug after the delivery?
A: I provide lifetime support for bugs related to my original coding. If the EA does not follow the agreed-upon logic, I will fix it for free. Please note that adding new features or changing the strategy after delivery will require a new quote.
Q5: Can you convert an MT4 EA/Indicator to MT5 (or vice versa)?
A: Yes, I can. Since MQL4 and MQL5 are different languages, this usually requires a complete rewrite of the core logic. Please send me the original file first so I can evaluate the complexity.
Q6: Can you protect my strategy from being resold or copied?
A: Absolutely. I can use DLL encryption to protect your intellectual property. I can also implement account-specific locks, expiry dates, or remote license management to ensure only authorized users can run your EA.
