I was a born people pleaser; living in fear of abandonment, disapproval or hurting the feelings of others. This led to depression, anxiety and PTSD.

Now I live a life of balance and alignment to who I am at my core. It's my life mission to help others do the same!

My life lessons include physical & mental abuse, being targeted by con artists. discovering late in life my father was not my bio dad, religious trauma, divorce, alcoholic spouse, single parenthood & family with mental illness.
