Are you feeling stuck in an area of your life? I also struggle with this from time to time, so I understand!
There are ways to get unstuck that do not involve pressure. With me, we work with who you are. You are not a broken person that needs fixing! I do not believe in shame and blame.
The Basic package is a prerequisite. To proceed, we must know the why behind the stuck pattern that is holding you back. I ask leading questions to get to the root of the matter.
Then, I will follow up with you to see if you are staying on track and offer to provide additional support. That support may be in the form of more sessions, inspirational tips or checking in from time to time.
Sessions are conducted over Zoom or a phone call. I send you the link prior to our appointment if you choose Zoom. Please message me utilizing Fiverr messaging to schedule.
