My last scraper came back with an empty file. Can you fix that?
Usually yes. An empty result normally means the tool read the HTML before JavaScript filled in the content. I run a real browser and wait for the data to render, so I get what you see on screen. Send me the URL and I will check it before you order.
Do I get the code, or just the data?
Both. You get the data as CSV, Excel and JSON, and the commented Python script that produced it, with a short setup note. Most sellers hand over a spreadsheet only, so you have to come back and pay again every time you want fresh data. You will not have to.
Can you scrape a site I have to log into?
Yes, on Standard and Premium, for an account you own or are authorised to use. I never ask for your password. I build the script against the login flow and deliver it, then you run it on your own machine with your own credentials. They never leave your computer.
What if the website changes and the scraper stops working?
Standard includes 7 days of fixes, Premium 14. Sites do change and no scraper is permanent, so I would rather say that up front. After the window I can quote a small repair, or you can adjust the script yourself since the code is yours.
