Running a small business means a lot of financial admin piles up fast: bank transactions that never get categorized, invoices nobody follows up on, and no real picture of where the money actually went last month.
I handle that for you. Every month I reconcile your bank account(s) against your records, categorize your expenses, follow up on outstanding invoices and payments, and hand you a clean, simple report -- income vs. expenses and a basic cash flow view -- so you always know where you stand.
A bit about me: I have a degree in Business Administration and ran my own retail company for years (manufacturing and 4 physical stores), so I've lived both sides of this -- paying suppliers and chasing collections myself. I currently work in procurement for an established company. This isn't theory for me.
Everything is delivered in clean, organized Excel or Google Sheets -- no complicated software to learn on your end, no login to manage. Just numbers you can actually trust and read in five minutes.

FAQ
What do i need to start?
Your bank and credit card statements for the period (PDF or CSV export is fine), and a chart of accounts or expense categories if you already use one. If you don't have one, I'll set up a simple one for you in the first delivery.
Do you work with QuickBooks/Xero/etc?
I work directly in Excel and Google Sheets -- no software fees, no logins to hand over. If you already use QuickBooks or similar, I can work from an exported CSV, but I don't manage or log into third-party accounting platforms directly.
Its a one time service or a monthly service?
This is a recurring monthly service -- each package renews every month so your books stay current, not just cleaned up once. If you only need a one-time catch-up or cleanup, message me before ordering and we can scope that separately.
