Using this Demand Planning – Excel Tool, you have the chance to calculate and release your sales forecast. Here is what you can do:

 You can add or create new products as a simple Master Data in “Sales History” section with automatic code number for each SKU.

For mature products you can also upload from other system your corrected sales history data in “Sales History” section.

In “Create Forecast” section you can calculate your sales forecast changing the statistical constants: Level, Trend, and Seasonality according to your knowledge as demand planner in order to reduce MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error).

You can adjust your final forecast in a quarterly basis watching live changes in dynamic chart.
