Yes, I do. I charge at a per-panel-basis and the price of each panel is dependent on the content of said panels. Generally, it'll be around the same price range as my package and extras but the best way is for us to negotiate. Don't worry as I'll give a cost breakdown for your approval.

Yes and it depends. I do revisions in the sketching phase and a bit on the coloring phase. It's mainly free if these are minor things such as moving the arm a bit higher and other similar requests. Major revisions which require me to redraw will cost you (Around $10~$40 depending on complexity).

Generally, no. It's just there as a safety net since I'm not around on the weekends and there are some days where I can't work on the order. On average, I usually have it sent within 1-2 weeks for the higher end packages and within 3 days for sketches.
