Turn recurring ecommerce CSV exports into a report you can reuse.
I will prepare an interactive HTML sales dashboard, an Excel snapshot, and traceable CSV review files from your approved item-level data.
You can filter by store and month, view four sales charts, and locate duplicate or invalid records by source file and record number. Reimport matching CSV exports to refresh the HTML report yourself. No store login, API key, hosting, or AI subscription is required to use it.
All packages include the same reporting engine. They differ in initial file volume and review scope. Excel is a dated snapshot and does not refresh with the HTML.
Input: UTF-8 CSV, one row per order item, one currency, dates in YYYY-MM-DD, and item-level amounts. Paid/completed/shipped rows are included; flagged records and refunds are excluded. This is not profit, payout reconciliation, forecasting, or a live store integration.

Can you connect directly to my store?
No. This service uses redacted CSV exports. Do not send passwords, API keys or payment details.
Can I refresh the dashboard?
Yes, by importing a full replacement set of CSV files using the agreed structure. The HTML refreshes locally. Excel remains the delivered snapshot.
Do you accept every Shopify, Amazon or Etsy export?
No automatic compatibility is promised. Send a redacted sample before ordering. Each record must contain an item-level amount and the required fields.
Do I need paid software?
No installation or subscription is required for the HTML. You need a compatible spreadsheet reader for XLSX. Browser compatibility is confirmed during scope review.
Are refunds and duplicates included?
Refunds and other excluded statuses are flagged. Every duplicate/conflicting key group is excluded in full. The original records are retained in the reviewed CSV.
Is this profit or accounting reporting?
No. It summarizes included item amounts under the agreed input convention. It does not calculate profit, net payouts, exchange rates or tax.
What does a revision cover?
One consolidated set of changes within the confirmed files, fields and report scope. New sources, metrics, integrations or replacement datasets require a separate agreement.
What happens to my data?
Send only necessary redacted fields. Local processing is used by default; external AI/service processing requires separate agreement. The HTML does not upload imported data. Fiverr message/file retention is controlled by Fiverr, not by this report.
