Does your team need one place to manage requests, customer information or work in progress?
JP Studio will design and build a custom web app for one clear business process. It could be a client request portal, an internal record tool or a small job tracker.
We agree on the screens, information and user permissions before building. Each package includes a responsive interface, invite-only login, a database, tested permissions, deployment and source files.
Basic covers up to 3 screens and one record type. Standard adds a second user role, more records and CSV export. Premium adds more screens and one simple connection to an existing app.
You receive a working app, a handover guide and 14 days of fixes for defects in the delivered scope. You own the hosting and service accounts. Their subscriptions and usage fees are separate.
Public sign-up, subscription billing, marketplaces, AI features and large data migrations need a separate offer. These packages cover one focused process.

What kind of web app fits this gig?
A focused tool for managing one process, such as client requests or job records. We define users, screens, records and permissions first. A public SaaS product, marketplace, large CRM replacement or subscription platform needs a separately scoped offer.
How is this different from your automation gig?
This builds a new interface, login and database for people to use. The automation gig connects existing apps for a repetitive task. Premium here includes one simple external connection; a separate multi-step automation is outside these packages.
What counts as a screen or record type?
A screen is one unique app layout, such as a list, form or dashboard. Login and password-reset screens do not count. A record type is one kind of data, such as a request or customer. Basic/Standard/Premium include up to 8/16/24 fields in total, including system fields.
Can customers sign in, upload files or pay?
Standard and Premium can support invited clients as one of two agreed roles. Public registration, social login, file uploads, payments and subscriptions are separate. Tell me what users must see and do so I can confirm whether your portal fits.
Who owns the app and pays the running costs?
You receive the source files and own the hosting, database and service accounts. Subscriptions and usage charges are separate. We choose a suitable setup before ordering. Use account invitations or secure connections; do not send passwords or API secrets in the requirements.
What do revisions, testing and support cover?
Revisions refine the agreed screens, fields and actions. New workflows or features need a separate quote. Testing covers the agreed actions and permissions. We fix defects in delivered scope for 14 days after delivery. Monitoring, ongoing support and third-party changes are separate.
