Do I need to have Active Business Manager and ad account to get started?
Yes, that is where we set up ad accounts and campaigns for you. If you don't know how to create one. Just message us and we will guide you on how to set it up.
Is ad spend included in your charges?
No, ad spend is not included. Amount spent on ads will be deducted by Facebook straight from payment method which will be linked to ad account.
Do you guarantee results?
No, we do not guarantee results. Ad performance depends on many factors such as website build, product/service quality, ad graphics, user behavior, etc. Campaign set up is just small part on whole process. We do not have control over other things.
Do you also manage campaigns once set up?
This gig is strictly for set up only. We will deliver order once campaigns and adsets are set up along with a document on how to run, test and scale them.
