What do I need to provide to start?
For the Elemental tier, provide your final scripts or raw video files. For the higher tiers, a rough outline or even a collection of notes is enough. We will work with what you have to build a cohesive structure.
Which LMS platforms do you support?
We have experience with Teachable, Kajabi, Thinkific, Udemy, and WordPress plugins such as LearnDash. If you use a different hosting provider, let us know so we can confirm the setup details.
Can you help if I am nervous on camera?
Yes. We provide guidance on delivery and can use professional voiceovers or high-quality slide animations if you prefer not to appear on screen. Our goal is to make you look like the authority you are.
Who owns the rights to the final course?
You do. Once the project is complete and the final payment is made, you own 100% of the intellectual property and all video assets.
How long does the process take?
Timelines depend on the complexity and length of your material. A single module might take a few days, while a full course build-out usually takes two to four weeks.
Can you update my course later?
We keep your project files on hand. If you need to refresh a lesson or add a new module in the future, we can easily jump back in to maintain a consistent look and feel.
Do you provide the slide designs or do I?
We handle the visual design. If you have brand guidelines or a specific color palette, send those over. We will create clean, professional slides that complement your teaching style and keep your students focused on the content.
Can you edit videos I recorded on my phone?
Modern smartphones capture excellent footage. If your lighting is clear and your audio is crisp, we can certainly work with it. We will use colour grading and noise reduction to ensure your mobile videos look like a professional production.
Do you write the course scripts for me?
Our Professional and Course Creator tiers include a review of your existing material to ensure it flows logically. While you provide the core expertise, we help refine the delivery to make sure your points land effectively with your audience.
What if I need to change something after the video is finished?
Every package includes a set number of revision rounds. We want you to feel confident in the final product. If you catch a typo or want to swap a visual element, we will make those adjustments before the final delivery.
