STANDARD: One site, one issue, up to 5 devices. 2 hours total work, including 60 minutes remotely, agreed changes and testing.
PREMIUM: One site, up to 10 devices. 3 hours total work, including 120 minutes remotely, with agreed WiFi, VLAN or VPN optimization and testing.
