What if the error does not reproduce?
I send a diagnostic note with the checks I ran and the evidence still needed. I ask for one clearer sanitized example or trace in the order. I do not claim a fix; if no testable case can be agreed before the deadline, I request an extension or cancellation through Fiverr's Resolution Center.
Can I send an export with credentials or customer data?
No. Please remove credentials, tokens, personal data, live URLs, and internal URLs before sharing the JSON. I test with synthetic data. You reconnect credentials in your own environment.
Will you access my live account or join a call?
I work from a sanitized export and written requirements on Fiverr. You handle credentials and production activation. If a live call or production access is essential, this service is not a fit.
What does a revision cover?
I use a revision for the same agreed defect and acceptance check. A different failure or new feature needs a separate written scope.
Do you use AI tools?
I may use AI-assisted tools, then review the changes and test the result before delivery. Please tell me before the order if you require work without AI.
Does it work on n8n Cloud and self-hosted?
I work from your JSON export either way. I test on self-hosted n8n and write the version I used in the delivery notes. If you use n8n Cloud, tell me your version in the order; anything I could not check on Cloud is listed in the notes.
