Is your AutoCAD drafting accepted for permits?
I prepare drawings in a permit-ready format. Many jurisdictions also require a licensed architect or engineer to review and stamp them, and that sign-off is not included here.
What do your MEP drawings include?
Layout drawings for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, drafted from your design inputs. Engineering calculations or system sizing must come from you or your engineer unless we agree otherwise beforehand.
What is the difference between an MEP permit set and basic drafting?
A basic set covers architectural plans. An MEP permit set adds the systems layouts and sheet organization your permit office expects, which is Premium tier.
What file formats do you deliver?
DWG and PDF by default, with other formats on request.
