Which websites does it work on?
Any website where a line of code can be added: WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow or custom sites. I install it for you if you give me access, or I walk your developer through it.
What happens when the bot or Agent does not know the answer?
It says so, offers to connect the visitor with a human, captures their details and sends them to your email. It never invents answers about your business.
Do I need my own OpenAI account or server?
No. Hosting and AI usage for the period included in your package are covered. After that you can renew through a custom offer here on Fiverr.
Can it chat with customers on WhatsApp?
The bot/agent lives on your website. Handovers can go to your WhatsApp or email. A full WhatsApp chatbot is a separate project, message me for a quote.
