LLC Registered Agent
About this Gig
An LLC you stopped using is not a closed LLC.
It's still active. Still accruing annual fees. Still on the books with the state. And the IRS still has your EIN open which means potential filing obligations you don't even know about yet.
Delaware charges $200 in penalties for missed franchise tax. Wyoming suspends your LLC and keeps billing. Nevada hits you with a revocation. None of them close themselves. And canceling the EIN with the IRS is a separate step most people never take.
I handle the full clean exit state dissolution and IRS EIN cancellation in Delaware, Wyoming, and Nevada.
What you get:
- Articles of Dissolution filed with the correct state
- Entity status verified no surprises mid-filing
- Outstanding franchise tax cleared before close
- IRS EIN cancellation submitted no open obligations left
- Secretary of State confirmation obtained
- Reinstatement handled first if your LLC was suspended
US residents, non-US residents, foreign-owned entities I handle them all. One bad close leaves liability open. One missing step and the IRS still considers you active.
Message me before you order I'll tell you exactly what your LLC needs to close clean.

FAQ
What's the difference between dissolving the LLC and canceling the EIN?
Dissolution closes the LLC at the state level. EIN cancellation closes it with the IRS. You need both. Most people only do one and stay exposed. My Standard and Premium packages cover both steps.
My LLC is already suspended or in bad standing can you still close it?
Yes. In most cases the LLC must be reinstated before it can be dissolved. I handle reinstatement first, then full dissolution, as part of the Premium package. Message me and I'll assess your situation.
Do I owe franchise tax before I can dissolve in Delaware or Wyoming?
Delaware requires all outstanding taxes paid before filing a Certificate of Cancellation. Wyoming may require a tax clearance depending on your situation. I verify this before filing — no rejections, no wasted state fees.
Are state filing fees included in your price?
No. State dissolution fees are paid directly to the state and are separate from my service fee. All costs are disclosed before you order. No surprises.
Can you dissolve LLCs in states other than Delaware, Wyoming, and Nevada?
Message me with your state. I handle dissolution across multiple states and will confirm scope before you order.
