What do I need to send you to get started?
Send your floor plan (DWG, PDF, or sketch), plus project size, location, and which trades you need (structural, HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
What is the difference between the packages?
Basic is a structural foundation and framing plan up to 1,000 sq ft. Standard adds roof framing and one MEP trade up to 2,000 sq ft. Premium adds all three MEP trades up to 3,000 sq ft.
Will the drawings be accepted by my city office?
I draw scaled plans with notes, legends, and a title block. Permit rules vary, so share your local requirements first. Final approval rests with your authority, and drawings are not stamped or sealed.
Do you do engineering calculations?
No. This gig is drafting only. Member sizing and load calculations come from your engineer, and I draw the layouts to match their figures.
What files do I receive, and how fast?
You receive editable DWG and PDF files. Delivery starts from 2 days, and 24-hour rush is available as an extra.
