Do you provide the project source files (After Effects)?
The final delivery includes the high-quality MP4/MOV video file. If you or your team require the raw Adobe After Effects project files for future editing, they can be purchased as a Gig Extra.

Can you create a video longer than 90 seconds?
Absolutely. If you need a comprehensive 2-minute master explainer or a longer onboarding tutorial, just send me a message and I will create a custom gig offer for you.
Can you deliver the video in Vertical (9:16) format for TikTok/Reels?
Yes! My standard delivery is 16:9 HD (Landscape). However, I can resize the animation for vertical social media formats (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) as a gig extra.
What do I need to provide to get started?
All I need is a brief explanation of what your software does, a few screenshots or a screen recording showing the features you want to highlight, and your vector logo/brand colors.
How do the "Unlimited Revisions" work?
Unlimited revisions apply to the visual animations and graphics to ensure you are 100% satisfied. However, once the script and voice-over are officially approved by you, any changes to the script/audio later on will require a small extra fee to re-hire the voice actor.
What if my SaaS app is still in development (Figma/Adobe XD)?
That is perfectly fine! I don't need a live website to create your video. If you provide your Figma or UI design files, I can animate a realistic simulation of exactly how your app will look and function once it launches.
Can you do voice-overs in languages other than English?
Yes! I offer multilingual voice-overs (Spanish, German, French, etc.). Please send me a message before ordering so I can confirm the availability of the specific language and accent you need.
Do you write the script, or do I need to provide it?
I can do both! My Standard and Premium packages include professional scriptwriting. However, if you already have a script ready, please share it with me and I can adjust the pricing or focus entirely on the animation.
