FAQ
What do you need from me to start?
Your sketch, heel height, toe shape, materials and any embellishments, plus the factory region. With those I can confirm the heels tech pack scope and delivery.
Can you work from a fashion illustration?
Yes. I turn the illustration into flat technical drawings with true proportions and ask about anything the drawing leaves open, like strap widths or buckle size.
Will the factory understand the heel height and pitch?
Yes. Heel height, toe spring and top-lift are dimensioned from one baseline and shown in a side view, which is how sample rooms read them.
Which files do I get?
A tech pack PDF, layered AI drawings and PNG pages. Factories open PDF and AI files without issue.
Which software do you use?
Adobe Illustrator for drawings and pages, Photoshop for material swatches and Rhino to check sculptural heel shapes.
Do you make samples or heel molds?
No. I deliver digital design files only. Heel molds, lasts, samples and factory sourcing are handled by your factory.
How do revisions work?
Each package includes set revisions within the agreed brief. A new style or a different heel is quoted as a custom offer.
What changes the price?
Number of styles and colorways, custom heel shapes, heavy embellishment and extra detail views.
Do I own the designs?
Yes. After completion you own the luxury footwear tech packs and can send them to any factory. I show them in my portfolio only with your permission.

Heel styles range from a simple pump to a crystal-covered sandal. A short message lets me match the package and timeline to your shoe.
