What do you need from me to begin?
I need your website or business description, chatbot objective, FAQs or documents, desired lead fields, branding, required integrations, and access through official collaborator invitations where possible.
Does every package include n8n?
Yes. The Basic package includes one simple n8n workflow. The Standard and Premium packages include additional workflows and integrations.
Do I need an n8n account?
Yes. The completed system should normally run in an n8n Cloud account or self-hosted n8n installation you control. Subscription and server costs are not included. Self-hosted installation is quoted separately.
What counts as one workflow?
One workflow is one trigger-to-result automation with reasonable branching and up to approximately eight functional nodes. Complicated workflows with many branches, APIs, or applications require a custom quotation.
What counts as one integration?
One connection to an external application for one defined purpose. For example, saving leads to Google Sheets is one integration, while also sending them through Gmail is a second integration.
Are there ongoing costs?
Possibly. n8n, AI APIs, hosting, messaging providers, CRM systems, vector databases, and other platforms may charge recurring or usage-based fees. I will identify expected third-party costs before development.
Can you build a WhatsApp or GoHighLevel chatbot?
Yes, depending on your account, provider, API access, and requirements. Because these integrations have additional setup and platform costs, please message me before ordering.
Will the chatbot always provide correct answers?
No AI chatbot can be guaranteed to be 100% accurate. I will configure its instructions, knowledge content, fallback messages, and human-handoff behavior to reduce incorrect responses.
