FAQ
Why isn’t my Klaviyo popup showing?
Common causes are a form still marked “Editing” and not live, the onsite code or Shopify app embed being off, targeting rules, ad blockers or cookie banners. I check each one.
Why do people submit the form but not appear on my list?
Usually the wrong list is selected, double opt-in is waiting for confirmation, the profile is suppressed, or bot protection blocked the submission. I check all four.
Why does the form still show to people who already subscribed?
Klaviyo can only hide forms from visitors it recognizes. Unidentified visitors, including those in private windows, can still see them. I set targeting as tightly as Klaviyo allows.
Will you resubscribe people who unsubscribed?
No. I never resubscribe anyone who opted out without fresh consent. This is not legal advice, so check your local rules.
