I will fix mlc overclaims and release your held songwriter royalties

About this gig
Is your song stuck in "overclaim" at The MLC?
When the claims on a song add up to more than 100%, The MLC holds the royalties until it is resolved, and it sets a deadline to respond. Most songwriters don't know which option to choose: Relinquish, Amend, Email or Upload. Choose wrongly and you can give away your own share.
I fix this. I have resolved overclaims across a full catalog, working out who really holds each share and taking the right action on every song before the deadline.
What I do:
- Review every overclaimed work in your MLC account
- Identify each claimant: you, your publisher, an administrator or a co-writer
- Tell you the correct action for each song, and why
- Submit it for you: relinquish, amend or dispute
- Send confirmation screenshots and a clear summary
This gig is for:
- Self-published songwriters
- Artists with a publisher or admin deal
- Managers and small publishers
Please note: I can't guarantee an amount of royalties, and The MLC sets its own processing times. I am not a lawyer and don't give legal advice.
Message me before ordering with a screenshot of your overclaim list.

FAQ
What is an overclaim?
It's when the shares claimed on a song total more than 100%. The MLC holds the royalties until the claimants resolve it.
Will I lose my share if you relinquish a claim?
No. I only relinquish a claim that duplicates one your own publisher already holds for you. If a share is yours and unclaimed, I amend it instead.
Do you need my MLC login?
Yes, or we can work together on a screen share. If you share a login, change the password after delivery.
How long until the royalties are released?
The MLC decides that. Relinquishments usually process within days and amendments within a few weeks.
Can you recover a specific amount?
No one can promise an amount. I make sure the claims are correct so that what's owed can be paid.
