Yes. The AI Production Readiness engagement is the starting point. You leave with a roadmap, governance framework, and first deployment. The retainer begins from there.
How is this different from hiring an AI consultant?
A consultant advises and leaves. Managed AI Services means we own the outcome. The systems run continuously, we respond to incidents, and we are accountable to your KPIs. Different job.
What does owning AI in production mean day to day?
Monitoring performance and quality, handling model updates before they cause problems, optimising cost, responding when something behaves unexpectedly, and reporting to your leadership on what the AI is doing and what it is returning.
Can you manage AI systems we did not build?
Yes. The audit phase maps your existing AI systems regardless of who built them. If they need rebuilding to be managed properly, we tell you upfront.
What does the first month look like?
The AI Production Readiness engagement: full audit of your current state, operating roadmap, governance framework, and the first agent or automation deployed into production. Handover brief for the retainer follows.
Do you report to our leadership?
Yes. Every retainer tier includes a monthly performance report to your leadership. Full Managed AI Partner includes quarterly roadmap reviews and board level reporting.
What happens if something goes wrong in production?
Incident response is included in both retainer tiers. We monitor continuously and respond. You do not manage model behaviour, cost spikes, or unexpected outputs. We do.
Can we start with the Readiness engagement and then pause?
Yes. The readiness engagement stands alone as a complete deliverable. You leave with an operating roadmap and a deployed agent. The retainer is the natural next step but not a commitment.
