Do I need to buy all three phases upfront?
No. Phase 1 stands alone, you get a full blueprint and can decide whether to continue into Phase 2 independently. Most clients continue, but the diagnostic is useful on its own.
How long does each phase take?
Phase 1 takes 7 to 14 days depending on business complexity. Phase 2 is 14 to 21 days depending on what's being built. Phase 3 is typically 5 to 7 days. The full engagement runs 30 to 45 days.
What does "tested on your real data" mean?
Everything we build in Phase 2 is tested against your actual business data and real-world scenarios before handover. Not sample data, not synthetic inputs. If it breaks under real conditions, we fix it before delivery.
What if the audit finds our workflows can't be improved by AI?
We say so in Phase 1 before you commit to a build. If the honest answer is that a simpler automation or process change does the job, that's what the blueprint will say.
Who operates the system after handover?
Your team. Every build is documented for non-technical operators, if your team can use standard business software, they can run what we build. Premium includes a formal training session.
Do you work with specific tools or platforms?

Can this run alongside an existing transformation project?
