How to get Started?
- First send me a message to discuss your project requirements and expectations. - After defining the suitable package for your project, you make the order. - Send me your raw footage for editing.
How to send the raw footage?
Fiverr allows attachments of up to 1GB. If your footage is larger than 1GB, you can upload it to Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer, and then send me the link in inbox.
What is the final video file format?
The final video file format is MP4, but if needed I can deliver the video file in any other format of your choice.
For how long do you keep the project files after delivery?
I keep the project files for 1 week after delivery. Then I delete them to free up space.
What if I need something extra, that is not included in the standard packages?
You can contact me in inbox, and together we will create custom offer, according to your specific needs.
What if I need the final video to be delivered faster than in the standard package?
You can order fast delivery in the gig extras for additional cost, depending from the package you choose.
Can I get the project source files after finishing the project?
Yes I can share the project source files with you, but at an extra cost. You need to order this in the gig extras when you are making the order.
